Payments:
We accept the following payment methods:
Paypal (UK & Overseas)          Postal Order (UK Only)          Personal Cheque (UK Only)         
Please note that we would prefer that customers using Paypal do so with a "Verified" Paypal account. A Verified Paypal account will receive a fast delivery. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch and most other UK Credit Cards. For more information on how to verify your Paypal account, please visit the Paypal website.
            
Delivery:
We will always try our hardest to post your order as soon as possible. Some methods or payment are faster than others. A verified Paypal account or a Postal Order payment are the fastest way to get your order quickly. Personal Cheques take the longest as this method will take 5 working days from reciept of the cheque untill goods are despatched.
 
Goods are despatched imediately on receipt of funds, we will send you a despatch email once the goods have been shipped. If however you do not receive your order within 4 days (UK Customers) then please get in touch and we will chase the order for you. It may also be worth chasing Royal Mail too from your side. In our experience, Royal Mail are a very reliable courier so delivery problems are few and far between.
 
Our International Customers will obviously have a longer delivery time window than our UK customers. The estimated delivery depends on your distance from the UK. Most European orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks and most USA, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Orders from other countries are by prior approval only.
Returns:
Under the distance selling regulations, each customer by law is entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. With this in mind, we have two parts to our returns policy:
Returns That Are Not Our Fault    (Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items)
Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit, goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only, (you will be required to request a returns authorisation via email sales@remyonline.co.uk prior to despatch).   This returns policy does not affect your  statutory rights.
Returns That Are Our Fault    (Wrong Item received / Faulty Item)
Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we cover the costs of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only. (you will be required to request a returns authorisation via email sales@remyonline.co.uk prior to despatch).
